PVDF Resin

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin FV900 series are fluorocarbon thermoplastics, with good thermal resistance, outstanding chemical resistance, high mechanical strength and toughness, high abrasion resistance, excellent weathering resistance, high dielectric strength, good stability under ultraviolet and nuclear irradiations, it has a wide range of service temperature (-50℃ to +150℃). It can be dissolved in some polar solvents.
FV900 can be easily processed by conventional methods, including compression molding, extrusion and injection, etc. The recommended processing temperature ranges from 190℃ to 300℃. The resin would decompose at the temperature above 316℃, and therefore can be processed safely.
As versatile engineering plastics, FV900 resins are widely used in chemical process equipment, electrical and electronic industry etc.
