Concentrated aqueous dispersion of copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) and hexafluoropropylene (HFP) is stabilized by non-ionic surfactant. It has excellent melt flowability. With outstanding thermal stability, distinctive chemical inertness and weatherability, superior electrical insulation, low friction coefficient and gas & steam permeation, it can work for a long term under 200℃.
It can be applied to process glass fibre fabric by impregnation, or anti-corrosion and anti-adhesion coating by spray, or continuity film of non-pinhole by casting.
